This area of the Web site contains a tutorial presenting the method of
witnessing the truth of God's Word to Mormons in an
atmosphere of love both in words Mormons will understand and using topics that will
attract their interest.. This is the meaning of " Speaking the Truth in
Love to Mormons ". The goal of this tutorial is the teach Christians how to
use law and gospel topics such that the Holy Spirit can perform the miracle of conversion.
The tutorial is designed for browsing online. It is organized into sections, each
containing a
series of articles covering a particular message. Each article is brief,
for easy reading. Online browsing is facilitated with the use of
frames. You are looking at a Web page with three frames.
This three-frame structure will be the pattern used throughout the tutorial.
The top frame consists of a navigation bar that can be used to go to any of the other
areas of
this site. It will always be available as you read this tutorial.
The frame at the left contains a
menu. Currently, it lists the sections contained in this tutorial.
By clicking on the section titles, you can go directly to that section.
Once you select a section and click on it, the menu will change to display the
articles that comprise that section. The right frame
will be updated to display the text.
Articles will be viewed in the right (this)
frame. You may use the scroll bar (at the extreme right) to move the text
in the frame as you read to the end of the article. At the end of each
article will be three buttons. Next will take you to the next article in
the tutorial. Prev will take you to the
previous article. Done will bring you back to
this welcoming screen.
By using the Next and Prev buttons,
you can sequence through the tutorial. However, you can also use the menu
in the frame to the left to view articles in any order. This is helpful
when you wish to reread a particular article.
Biblical quotes are used
extensively. Bible references are displayed in a
different
font and a green color. A click on
these references will display the biblical quotation (using NIV) in a separate
window. These windows provide a convenient way to read the Scripture
quotation and may then be closed.
To begin using the menu,
click 'Introduction'. Or simply click the 'Next' button below.
